上篇文章没有写安装webpack模块打包器，补上
npm install -g webpack
装好打包器之后就可以开始新建项目了，也是在cmd的dos窗口里
webpack后面跟的是项目名，前面的固定的格式，回车
vue init webpack vueTest
下面是我的全部

这就创建好了，可以在文件管理器里看到了
运行一下看一下，进去刚刚新建的项目的目录 然后打开cmd窗口 输入
npm run dev
执行完会出现这样的就是成功了 浏览器进去看看就可以访问到了
停止运行的话就是正常的终止命令，在那个窗口里按下面的两个键就可以了
